Every code and deal on PFTrace goes through a repeatable check before it is
published. This page explains exactly what that check involves, so you know
how much weight to give the codes you find here.
Our Verification Steps
Source check — We pull codes from the prop firm's own published offer or from the PropFirmDiscount.com partner network, never from unofficial resellers.
Code format check — Codes are validated for the correct format the firm accepts, which catches most copy-paste and transcription errors.
Discount mapping — Where a firm publishes a discount percentage, we record it alongside the code so you know the expected saving before you click.
Daily re-check — Each firm's offer is re-checked on a daily schedule. When a code stops appearing, we stop showing it.
Change tracking — Every re-check is logged with a date, so you can see how long a code has been live and when it last changed.
What We Do Not Do
We do not complete a paid signup with every code, so we cannot guarantee a code works at the moment you use it
We do not test codes on live trading accounts
We do not publish codes we have reason to believe are invalid
How Fresh Is a Code?
Each firm page shows the date the offer was last checked. A recent date means
the offer was still live at that point. As a rule of thumb, treat codes checked
within the last 7 days as current, and use the firm's own checkout page as the
final word.
If a Code Does Not Work
Codes expire, campaigns end, and firms change their terms without notice.
If a code on PFTrace does not work for you, the most likely reason is that
the offer ended after our last check. We refresh all firms daily, so the page
should correct itself shortly.
